Building Diagnostics Services
IAQ's multi-disciplinary team of building science technologists provides indoor environmental quality (IEQ) testing consultations, on-site IEQ investigations and environmental evaluations.
Specialized equipment and instruments are used to evaluate the environmental conditions within the suspect building. Eg. Robots may be used to inspect ductwork where normal visual inspection would be difficult or impossible; and thermal imaging technology can provide a thorough non-invasive evaluation of the whole premise.
IAQ has developed a suite of expert and co-ordinated capabilities in the areas of diagnostics, laboratory investigation, evaluation and remediation to ensure that any building environment issue can be effectively addressed, providing good indoor air quality for its occupants.
