Shadows in the Woods is an Epic Fantasy adventure for the 5th edition of D&D, designed for a party of 5th-level characters. Obsessed with transcending the natural cycle of life and death, he has turned the forest’s heart into a laboratory of aberrant experiments, fusing beasts, plants, and arcane energies in a twisted pursuit of immortality.The Root Enclave, an order of druids and rangers sworn to defend nature, attempted to stop him, yet many of its members vanished in the depths of the forest, taken by the shadows of now-sentient trees.
